Terms of Use
Our price incdludes those of good(s) and packing materials and shipping charges. Any tax and/or duty and other expenses incured outside Japan should be paid by the customer.
Payment should be made within 7 days after we accept the order. Otherwise, the order will be canceled automatically.
We will send the good(s) within 10 days by EMS(managed by Japan Postal Service Co., Ltd) after confirmation of payment.
We assumes no responsibility for any damages incured by the customer or a third party from the use of the good(s).
If for any reason, the customer is not satisfied with the good(s), we refund the payment excluding shipping charges back to Japan. This policy is valid only if the good(s) is retruned to us within 10 days after customer's receipt of the good(s). However, the good(s) must be returned to us, undamaged and unused, in the exact same condition good(s) was sent to the customer.
All lawsuits regarding us should be exclusively brought in the Tokyo District Court of Japan.
