There are 110 pottery production centers or more in Japan. Out of these centers, Tanba-Yaki is one of the most popular places for ceramics’ lovers.
Here is the most convenient village for visitors to see and buy Tanba-Yaki products at each potter. We highly recommend to visit ‘Kamamoto Yokocho’ (or potters’ alley) beforehand , where 51 potters display their products at the individual booths.
